Three Reasons  MacBook Air 2013 is Still the Finest Ultrabook Around

The Apple looks to be on the slump these days but that doesn’t the fact that it gives some of the best notebook around. The company’s MacBook Air 2013 is still the Finest Ultrabook around yet. It might not twist and flip unlike the new offering from the Lenovo and Sony but it does provide impressive specs.

Design & features

The new Air gives a similar outside look as with the previous versions. However, it’s still at par with the latest Ultrabooks on the market. Actually, it remains as one of the finest looking options. But 11 & 13 inch versions offer same thickness. The models measure 0.11 to 0.68 inches.

The tough aluminum body makes it durable enough. It can resist influence from being carried without a sleeve or being  thrown in the bag. Different sources say that the Air does better than the other Ultrabooks when put under a throw – in – your – luggage field test.

WiFi Connectivity

The MacBook Air 2013 features 802.11ac Wi-Fi connectivity option. This is the new standard that the people will understand prevalent among wireless routers finaly. Other specs comprise the Apple’s new AirPort Extreme and AirPort Time Capsule hardware. This is ideal for future proofing the device. The Apple also claimed that the sold state drives comprised the latest versions are faster. People may have up to the 128GB of the SSD storage.

Graphics

With the Haswell generation CPU, the latest Air comes with the Intel’s enhanced HD5000 graphics. This a standout from the old version’s HD4000 graphics. It’s still far from the isolated GPU found on 15 inch Retina Pro but with the games like EA’s origin and steam now well compatible with the Mac, the Air now can accommodate some for the OS X gaming.
