On Tuesday, Apple released a minor update to iMovie for Mac OS X. It resolves an issue causing unexpected crashing of the app. Users have been reporting about this issue for a long time. So now Apple finally takes care of them.
iMovie v10.0.4 is a little update released to tackle a single issue that was causing this video-editing software to crash unexpectedly. Apart from the fix, Apple brings some improvements to the stability of the app making it more efficient than before.
We have seen Apple updating iMovie in April too, which brought some new font options and content sorting features. The previous version 10.0.3 also talked about a fix that reduces the unexpected quit of the app. But unfortunately, there was nothing like that to address this issue.
This time also it’s unclear that Apple is exactly talking about the bug that’s causing a sudden quit of the software.
