Apple’s high end machine might be here sooner than many people think. Apple released a range of Mac Pro posters to some U.S. Tech journalists after it announced the Mac Pro release date that is hanged at Dec 2013.
The posters might soon be featured in the magazine ads, according to ibtimes, until the high end units are actually in the stores, they are purely advertising. The augmented hype for workstation is based on a fact that its artistic appearance has been redesigned radically and it carries Made In U.S.A label. The Tech leader uncovered a video of a device being made when it announced new iPads last Oct 22.
The next Mac Pro will hold a 12 core Intel Xeon Processor, PCI Express based Flash Storage and ability to connect 3 different monitors having 4K resolution. Besides all this, the port assortment options for Mac Pro comprise USB 3.0, Thunderbolt 2, a pair of Gigabit Ethernet connectors and HDMI 1.4. The workstation will have wireless connectivity which comes in either Bluetooth 4.0 and 802.1ac. The base model will set you back $2,999.
The upcoming Mac Pro will be developed by 3.7GHz (quad core Xeon Processor), dual FirePro (D300 GPUs) and 2GB VRAM & 256GB SSD.
The Flextronics (Apple’s partner for Mac Pro) was reported to have extended its staff by 1,700 to manage the demand for the Mac Pro.
