“Lynx” or “Cougar” Mac OS X 10.9 Line Turns up with New Name

OS X is a famous series of UNIX graphical User interface operating systems owned by Apple, Inc. Apple is a famous Computer, OS and Smart Phone manufacturing company. OS X was developed and being sold by Apple Inc. OS X is designed to run on Mac computers as it was the successor of Mac OS 9 which was released in 1999. OS X version 10.8 was referred to ‘Mountain Lion’.

Apple’s Mac OS X Mac OS X 10.9 surprised developers and tech analysts with OS X 10.9 as Mountain View 10.8 was released in July 2012. People have been seen wondering and getting surprised before July 2012, as it was officially released on July 25, 2012.

According to the news, Many people expected Apple’s Mac OS X 10.9 to be seen available in the market and forecasting a confirm availability in May 2013. However, Apple released a preview of OS X 10.9 this March and followers already started following the updates of OS X.

10.9 Line Turns up with New Name  It was observed that Apple was testing Mac OS X 10.9 as such news has been in the trending and sharing was seen on the social media in January this year. Apple might be busy in preparing to bring the best thing out of it.

Rumors on the name of the OS X updated version were seen and still running in the tech-markets and on reviews tech blogs and websites. It has been learnt from different rumors that Apple could use the OS X update name as 'Lynx', or 'Cougar'. According to the news, In November, some resources disclosed that Apple might be naming OS X 10.9 updated OS version as 'Lynx’.

If Lynx was given the name, then it will add power and capacity to the branding feature of the OS X. Curiosity and speculations always work nowadays because people search more and more and follow such news to know the exact name or price about the product which add more value to the product’s web space worth in search engines.
